  • 4 slices white bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Cut each slice of bread into 3 equal strips to create the grilled cheese fingers.
  2. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each bread strip.
  3. Butter one side of each bread strip.
  4. Wrap each bread strip with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  6. Grill the bacon wrapped cheese fingers, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the cheese has melted, about 8-10 minutes.
  7. Remove toothpicks and serve warm.
