Bang Bang Salmon

Bang Bang Salmon is a flavorful, spicy-sweet baked salmon dish topped with a creamy bang bang sauce, perfect for a quick and impressive weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through and flaky.
  4. While the salmon is baking, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Once salmon is done, remove from oven and spoon the bang bang sauce generously over each fillet.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.

Notes

For an extra kick, add more sriracha to the sauce or serve the salmon over steamed jasmine rice and sautéed vegetables.
