  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cooked breakfast sausages or bacon strips, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil for cooking eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper, then scramble eggs until cooked through. Remove from heat.
  3. Unroll the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  5. Top with chopped breakfast meat, bell peppers (if using), and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point, sealing the edges slightly.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, point side down.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
