A rich, indulgent Cookies Cream Skillet Cookie combining chunks of cookies and creamy elements baked to golden perfection, perfect for sharing warm from the skillet.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed sandwich cookies (e.g., Oreos)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 10-inch oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in crushed sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips evenly into the dough.
  7. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared skillet and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the skillet cookie to cool slightly before serving warm, optionally topped with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

For extra creaminess, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
