Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper; mix until well blended.
  3. Slice each salmon fillet horizontally to create a pocket without cutting all the way through.
  4. Stuff each salmon pocket evenly with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and the filling is hot.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side of roasted asparagus or a crisp green salad to complement the rich seafood flavors.
