Creamy Pesto Aioli is a rich and flavorful sauce combining classic basil pesto with creamy mayonnaise, perfect for sandwiches, dips, and dressings.

  • 1/4 cup prepared basil pesto
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and basil pesto until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add minced garlic and lemon juice, stirring to incorporate.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled as a dip, spread, or sauce.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. This aioli pairs beautifully with grilled vegetables or roasted chicken.
