Jalapeño Popper Dip

Jalapeño Popper Dip is a creamy, cheesy appetizer featuring spicy jalapeños, perfect for game day or casual gatherings.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4-5 fresh jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the top for extra crunch, if using.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For extra heat, leave some jalapeño seeds in the dip or add a dash of hot sauce before baking.
