Loaded Chicken Club Sandwich

A hearty and flavorful Loaded Chicken Club Sandwich layered with tender grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fresh veggies, and creamy mayo, perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of toasted bread
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 slices of crispy bacon
  • 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices of ripe tomato
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  3. Spread the mayo-mustard mixture evenly on one side of each toasted bread slice.
  4. Layer one slice of bread with romaine lettuce, tomato slices, and sliced grilled chicken breast.
  5. Add cheddar cheese slices over the chicken, then place the crispy bacon on top.
  6. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  7. Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down, to form the sandwich.
  8. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra kick, add sliced avocado or swap cheddar for pepper jack cheese. Serve with a side of sweet potato fries or a crisp pickle.
