Delight in this easy and flavorful Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon, featuring tender salmon fillets glazed with a savory teriyaki sauce and roasted alongside crisp vegetables for a quick and healthy meal.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared sheet pan and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the bell pepper, snap peas, and red onion around the salmon on the sheet pan.
  5. Brush the salmon and vegetables generously with the teriyaki sauce.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Switch oven to broil and broil for 1–2 minutes to caramelize the glaze, watching carefully to avoid burning.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve immediately.

Notes

For added crunch and nutrition, serve with a side of steamed rice or quinoa and garnish with extra sesame seeds or fresh cilantro.
