Spinach Artichoke Dip

A creamy and flavorful spinach artichoke dip combining tender spinach, tangy artichokes, and melted cheese for a perfect appetizer or party snack.

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, and minced garlic.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
