Spinach Garlic Meatballs

Deliciously tender meatballs infused with fresh spinach and garlic, perfect as a flavorful appetizer or main dish.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the meatballs in batches, cooking until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes total.
  5. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with a marinara dipping sauce or over cooked pasta for a complete meal.
