Tambi Lane and I have teamed up to work on several cookbooks including “Cookin’ it With Kix” with country music superstar Kix Brooks, the “Cash and Carter Family Cookbook” with John Carter Cash and actress Alicia Witt’s “small CHANGES” plant-based cookbook among others.
We also collaborate on food writing/photography projects for various magazines and other publications. You can see our work in Bend Magazine, Savvy360 and The Source Weekly for example.
Beyond our work together, Tambi is a prolific photographer who creates beautiful images for brands, restaurants and other entities.
I, on the other hand, deal with a lot of words and make a lot of messes in the test kitchen! I’m a freelance writer, editor and recipe tester/creator as well a moonlighting pastry chef.
